The Gallery of Arts and History in the Morocco pavilion at Epcot, Walt Disney World just introduced an all-new exhibit, \u201cRace Against the Sun: Ancient Technique to Modern Competition.\u201d This exhibit immerses guests in today\u2019s most intense competitions in the Sahara Desert and explores the centuries-old traditions of its ancient inhabitants.<\/p>\n

\"MOA<\/p>\n

A leather and wood Tuareg camel saddle on loan from the Museum of Anthropology is featured in the Culture of the Desert section of the exhibit.\u00a0 In this area, guests will explore the history of the original inhabitants of the Sahara, the Berbers, and learn how they mastered the challenges of living in this formidable environment.<\/p>\n

\u201cRace Against the Sun\u201d is the second current Epcot exhibition to feature MOA artifacts.\u00a0 Several objects from the MOA\u2019s Day of the Dead collection are on display in the Epcot Mexico pavilion exhibit, “Remember Me!\u2019 La Celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda de Muertos.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
